Peptide therapy is a medical program, not a supplement. Read this section carefully — your provider will cover all of it with you during consultation.

Who is a candidate for peptide therapy?+

Peptide therapy is intended for generally healthy adults 18 and over who have completed a medical consultation and have a documented wellness goal — recovery from injury, body composition, sleep quality, cognitive performance, skin and hair health, or healthy aging. Candidacy is determined by a licensed provider after reviewing your medical history, current medications, and relevant lab work. Not every client who inquires will be approved, and we would rather decline a program than start one that is not appropriate for you.

Who should not use peptide therapy? (Contraindications)+

Peptide therapy is not appropriate if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or actively trying to conceive. It is also contraindicated with an active or recent malignancy, and growth hormone secretagogues such as Sermorelin and Tesamorelin are not used in clients with active cancer, diabetic retinopathy, or untreated pituitary disorders. PT-141 is not appropriate for clients with uncontrolled hypertension or established cardiovascular disease. Disclose all conditions, prescriptions, and supplements during your consultation — including anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, and hormone therapy. Your provider makes the final determination.

What side effects should I know about?+

The most common effects are mild and localized: injection site redness, itching, swelling, or bruising. Some clients report headache, fatigue, lightheadedness, flushing, or temporary water retention as they adjust. Growth hormone secretagogues can cause joint aches, tingling in the hands, or increased hunger. PT-141 commonly causes nausea and facial flushing, and may transiently raise blood pressure. Stop your program and contact your provider promptly if you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe or persistent headache, vision changes, or any allergic reaction.

Where do the peptides come from, and who supervises my program?+

Every peptide program is prescribed and supervised by a licensed physician through our provider relationship with AsherMed, which is separate from the Hydreight platform used for our IV and injection services. Prescriptions are dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies operating under state and federal regulation, and shipped directly to you with supplies. Patrick provides nurse education on reconstitution, dosing, and self-administration so you are confident before you begin. Peptides are compounded preparations and are not FDA-approved drugs; they have not been evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

How much does peptide therapy cost?+

Pricing is set per program rather than a single rate for everything. Tesamorelin is priced separately: it starts at $449 for one month, $858 total for a 2-month prepaid supply (equivalent to $429 per month), or $1,197 total for a 3-month prepaid supply (equivalent to $399 per month). Every other program starts at $399 for one month, $758 total for 2 months prepaid (equivalent to $379 per month), or $1,047 total for 3 months prepaid (equivalent to $349 per month). Prepaid multi-month supplies carry a lower effective monthly rate. Pricing includes the medication, injection supplies, ongoing nurse support, and shipping. Final pricing depends on medical eligibility, provider approval, and prescribed dosing.

Why 3-month cycles?+

Most peptides require consistent daily use before meaningful change is measurable. Clients typically notice early effects on sleep, energy, or recovery within 2–4 weeks, while body composition and tissue repair changes generally become apparent between 8 and 12 weeks. Three months is the standard cycle for that reason.

How are peptides administered?+

Nearly all of our peptide programs are small subcutaneous injections you self-administer at home, most often at night. Your shipment includes the vial, bacteriostatic water, syringes, needles, and alcohol pads. Patrick walks you through reconstitution and injection technique so you are comfortable before your first dose.

Do I need a consultation first?+

Yes. Peptide therapy is consult-gated — there is no way to purchase a program directly on this site. You will meet with a licensed provider who reviews your history and goals and determines whether a program is appropriate and which peptide fits. This protects you and keeps the program medically sound.

Can I combine peptides with my other LIV services?+

In most cases, yes. Peptide therapy is frequently paired with IV therapy, NAD+, or PRP treatments. Tell your provider about every service you are receiving so your full plan is reviewed together.

Is peptide therapy HSA/FSA eligible?+

Certain medically eligible services may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Eligibility depends on your individual plan and qualified medical expense requirements. Documentation is available upon request.

What happens if a peptide is not right for me?+

If your provider determines that peptide therapy is not appropriate, you will not be enrolled and you will not be charged for a program. Patrick can walk you through other LIV services that may better support your goals.
