Is there a travel fee?+

There is no standard travel fee within our defined service area. A $75 Rush Booking Fee applies to nonmember appointments requested to begin within two hours. Same-day appointments more than two hours away do not automatically receive a fee. Active members receive this fee waived. All appointments remain subject to availability. Extended-distance, after-hours, or exceptional requests may require a separately quoted surcharge, which is confirmed with you before the appointment.

What if my address is not listed?+

Ask. The regions above show where LIV travels regularly, and nearby addresses are often workable. If a location falls outside the standard radius, you will be told what the surcharge is before anything is booked.

Are all services available in every region?+

IV drips, NAD+, Niagen, PRP, and injections are administered in person wherever LIV travels. Peptide and weight-loss programs are shipped, so they are available to eligible clients anywhere in New York.

Is same-day booking available?+

Frequently, especially in New York City and Westchester. Availability in Dutchess County and the Hamptons varies with the season and the day, so earlier notice helps.

Is a medical consultation required?+

Yes. Treatment requires a medical consultation with the applicable medical provider, who reviews clinical eligibility and medical history. Standard IV therapy is $25 and valid for 6 months. NAD+, Niagen, PRP, weight-loss, peptide, and shipped programs are $40 and valid for 3 months. Both are valid for those periods unless your medical information changes. You are routed to this step after you choose a service, so there is nothing to arrange in advance.
