By visiting our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, participating in a wellness or coaching service, or using any service coordinated through LIV Home Infusions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LIV Home Infusions provides non-medical wellness, hydration, concierge, administrative, and vitamin infusion coordination services. All medical services including IV therapy involving prescription medications, diagnostic decision-making, prescription-based treatments, GLP-1 weight management programs, medical evaluations, telehealth visits, and clinical oversight are provided exclusively by licensed medical professionals through Healthcare Prosoft NE PC, an independently owned physician practice operating through the Hydreight platform in compliance with New York State Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) laws. LIV Home Infusions is not a medical practice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition.
LIV Home Infusions offers health, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness coaching strictly for educational, motivational, accountability, and lifestyle-support purposes only. These services are not medical treatment, do not diagnose or treat any condition, and are not a substitute for licensed medical care. Always consult a physician before beginning any wellness, exercise, nutrition, peptide, or supplementation program.
Payment is due at the time of booking. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows or repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of deposits or full service fees.
Membership credits, packages, and multi-session bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased or once services begin. Membership fees may be modified with notice.
The wellness nutrients, supplements, peptides, IV vitamins, and nutraceuticals provided through LIV Home Infusions have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
LIV Home Infusions, its owners, nurses, contractors, affiliates, and staff shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss or injury from use of our website or services, adverse reactions associated with IV therapy or wellness services, or reliance on any information provided through digital content.

These Terms are governed by New York law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Westchester County, New York.
