NAD+ and Niagen: understanding the difference

A practical note from LIV Home Infusions.

NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in normal cellular metabolism. Niagen is nicotinamide riboside, a vitamin B3 derivative that the body can use to make NAD+.

LIV offers the two as distinct IV services. NAD+ infusions commonly take 2–4 hours and start at $449. Niagen sessions often take 1–2 hours and start at $599. Research into specific clinical outcomes is still developing, and neither service guarantees a particular result.

For personal medical questions or suitability, consult the applicable licensed provider.
